Why Assignan should be on your Minervois travel itinerary

Assignan is a small village a few miles from Saint Chinian and twenty minutes from La Souqueto Accommodation. The Château Castigno was bought by a Belgian family and over the past ten years they have acquired property within the village itself. The Castigno brand now boasts a Thai restaurant called ‘Le Thai’ and a restaurant in the village square called ‘La Petit Table’.
